Automotive Finance Manager

Job Description:

Provides insurance and financing services to customers through a consultative selling method. Evaluate the customer's needs for financing; strategically identify the best finance source based on the customer's creditworthiness; arrange all sales, finance and legal documents with accuracy and speed. Maintain national average product penetrations. Exceed customers' expectations of service.


Responsibilities:

· Determines desire/need for automobile financing by interviewing customer, exploring payment options.

· Verifies automobile purchase information by reviewing sales contract data; conferring with the sales department; making adjustments as needed.

· Determines customer creditworthiness by studying customer credit application; obtaining credit reports; analyzing information; searching for suitable lender; forwarding applications to lenders; conferring with loan underwriters and loan processors; obtaining stipulations when required; maximize approvals; ensure financing for customers; develop and build professional relationships with lenders; work with multiple finance sources to get the best financing available for our customers.

· Disclose automobile sales contract information, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customers, ensuring understanding of content and compliance with TILA Reg Z requirements; ensure that all documents meet both state and federal regulations.

· Sells products and services by reviewing desire/need for Vehicle Service Contracts, Gap Protection, Maintenance Plans, GPS Tracking, Bundle Packages, Excess Wear & Tear, Tire & Wheel, etc.; Transparently explain coverage terms, options, provisions, and premiums.

· Utilize menu selling system with every customer.

· Maintains dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport; promptly addresses customer concerns by answering questions; providing information; resolving discrepancies and dissatisfaction; maintaining satisfactory CSI; complying with federal, state, and local regulations; helping others comply.

· Maintains customer confidence and organization stability by keeping NPI confidential; helping others comply.

· Assist Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times.


Qualifications:

· Franchise dealership Finance Manager experience is required

· Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus

· A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service

· Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals

· Excellent interpersonal communication with working knowledge of computers

Service Writer



We are looking for a dedicated Service Writer to act as the liaison between our company and our customers. The Service Writer's responsibilities include ensuring the customer's needs are filled, coordinating transactions between the company and the customer, and performing cost and time estimates for those transactions. The Service Writer will track repairs and the causes of problems, schedule the most appropriate Service Technician, and process the customers' warranties.
To be a successful Service Writer, you should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You should also have the ability to translate customers' non-technical descriptions and relate them in a comprehensive and thorough report to the service team.

Service Writer Responsibilities:
Developing strong customer relationships through the successful management of products and service delivery.
Maintaining computerized customer profile information.
Monitoring customer records to check for regular scheduled servicing and future remedial work and calling the customer to arrange appointments.
Developing cost estimates, logging needed parts and the time needed for repairs, and scheduling the most appropriate Service Technician.
Conveying all necessary information regarding costs, parts, work, and Technicians to the customers and management.
Meeting with customers to discuss their requirements and relaying those requirements to the Service Technicians.
Contacting customers in the case of additional work to relay the details and extra costs.
Entering the details of repair jobs on the company's network and preparing repair instructions and lists of needed replacement parts to the Service Technicians.
Checking warranties and insurance.
Releasing repaired equipment to the customers and explaining the work done and costs accrued to the customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
Service Writer Requirements
Work experience and product knowledge may be advantageous.
Computer literacy and knowledge of office software programs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong record keeping skills.
The ability to understand and relate technical issues to the service team from customers' non-technical descriptions.
